EXPEDITED EXPRESS

We support expedited express service (FedEx/DHL/UPS or others, we will arrange the best option according to your address), but you need to charge extra shipping fee. The specific fee is based on the weight and size of the items in your order. And destination calculations.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

The shipping address should be an actual and specific address in English, no longer than 25 characters. Additionally, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

For the Roof Top Tent and Awning Tent, the Shipping to Alaska State and countries/area outside the continental United is currently not supported, thank you for your support and understanding.

 

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

If the goods are out of stock, we will immediately confirm with you which goods are in stock before shipping, and send the remaining goods when they are in stock, or provide you with other satisfactory solutions after consensus.

 

SHIPPING WAREHOUSE

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty on our products, including LED bulbs, floor mats, LED light bars, headlights, small lights, rooftop tents, side tents, camping lights, camping light tripods, etc., but does not include decoders, accessories, gifts, snaps, clothes, hats, mobile phone holders, etc. The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Warranty period

Different products have different warranty periods, as follows:

▶ Off-road LED pod lights (Cyber1 Series, Halo Series, Rock Series) and LED light bars: five years from date of purchase

▶ LED Headlights, Roof Top Tents (SKU: A500-RTT-03), tripods for camping lights, Switch Panel: two years from the date of purchase

▶ Roof Top Tents  (SKU: A500-RTT-QT1, A500-RTT-02), Car Side Awing, Camping Lights, Floor Mats: one year from the date of purchase

Warranty coverage includes:

● Shipping damage

● Product quality defects


Note: All defects and submissions within the warranty period are at the sole discretion of the Novsight Customer Service Team and will determine whether a fair and/or reasonable resolution is provided.

Warranty does not cover

The following specific situations are not eligible for warranty:

● Damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized repair, misuse, abuse, neglect, missing parts and/or modifications.

● Accidental damage or collision.

● Damage caused by exposure to chemical contaminants and corrosive agents.

● Products lost or damaged due to natural disasters.

● Products lacking original proof of purchase.

● Products purchased "as is" have known defects such as customs clearance, factory seconds, etc.

● Clothing such as stickers, caps, shirts, hats, jumpers and gifts such as mobile phone holders.

2. Pictures or videos of defective items

For orders where the product is car lights, the after-sales barcode of the product needs to be provided.

After checking and confirming the problem, we will propose a specific solution within 2-3 working days.
