We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty on our lights, including LED bulbs, pendants, floor mats etc., but in addition to decoders, accessories, gifts, snaps, clothing, hats, phone holders, etc. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty period is two years from the date of purchase.
Note: We stand by the product quality and provide limited warranty for Off-road LED Pod Lights,The warranty period is five years from the date of purchase.
Warranty Covers: Shipping damage, condensation and other quality defects.
All defects and submissions under warranty are at the sole discretion of the Novsight Customer Service Team and will determine whether a fair and/or reasonable resolution is available.
Warranty Not Covers:
These specific circumstances do not qualify for the guarantee:
- Damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized repair, misuse, abuse, neglect, missing parts and/or modification.
- Accidental damage or collision.
- Damage caused by exposure to chemical contaminants and corrosive agents.
- Products lost or damaged by natural disasters.
- Products that lack proof of original purchase.
- Products purchased "as is" have known defects such as clearance, factory seconds, etc. Buckle, clothing such as shirts, hats, pullovers and gifts such as phone holders etc. are not covered.

a. Screenshot of your order information
b. Pictures or videos of the defective item
After checking and confirming the problem, we will propose a specific solution within 2-3 business days.
