We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty on our products, including LED bulbs, floor mats, LED light bars, headlights, small lights, rooftop tents, side tents, camping lights, camping light tripods, etc., but does not include decoders, accessories, gifts, snaps, clothes, hats, mobile phone holders, etc. The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
Warranty period
Different products have different warranty periods, as follows:
▶5- years from date of purchase: CYBER1 Series LED Pod Lights (CYBER1 Series 3, 4.5, 6 inches only) and HALO Series LED Pod Lights (In addition to the Halo 4.5-inch Third brake lights）
▶2-years from date of purchase: All Series LED Headlight Bulbs; Zebra Roof Top Tent (SKU: A500-RTT-03); All Kind of Switch Panel ; CYBER 2-inch LED Pod Lights; Rock Series LED Pod Lights and LED Light Bars; Rock Lights; Brake Lights
▶1-year from date of purchase: Roof Top Tent (SKU: A500-RTT-QT1, A500-RTT-02), Side Awning, Camping Light, Ground Mat, X Series LED Pod Lights, Halo 4.5-inch Third brake lights, Car Jump Starter
Warranty coverage includes:

Note: All defects and submissions within the warranty period are at the sole discretion of the Novsight Customer Service Team and will determine whether a fair and/or reasonable resolution is provided.
Warranty does not cover
The following specific situations are not eligible for warranty:
● Damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized repair, misuse, abuse, neglect, missing parts and/or modifications.
● Accidental damage or collision.
● Damage caused by exposure to chemical contaminants and corrosive agents.
● Products lost or damaged due to natural disasters.
● Products lacking original proof of purchase.
● Products purchased "as is" have known defects such as customs clearance, factory seconds, etc.

For orders where the product is car lights, the after-sales barcode of the product needs to be provided.

Only some vehicles with the sensitive car computers will encounter the decoding issue like flickering bulbs or errors on the dashboard, there are also professional decoders available in our store, so please don't worry.
