One of the headlights doesn’t work, is it covered under warranty?
Firstly, in my experience, check the connector, sometimes it's just the plug that's loose. Try to attach the external driver in place, this will avoid the plug getting loose. Then you can easily get in touch with our customer service anytime, even on the weekend. They will usually reply within 24 hours.

- Damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized repair, misuse, abuse, neglect, missing parts and/or modification.
- Accidental damage or collision.

- Products lost or damaged by natural disasters.
- Products that lack proof of original purchase.

How do I choose lights for my vehicle?
Enter the information of your car in the select vehicle search tool. Usually, the model number looks like this: H4, H7, H11, H13, 9004, 9005, 9006, 9007, 9012, etc. We will indicate the bulb model number in the product title.
About the bulb decoding issue
Only some vehicles with the sensitive car computers will encounter the decoding issue like flickering bulbs or errors on the dashboard, there are also professional decoders available in our store, so please don't worry.
