High intensity lumen output, Clear Visibility

The LED headlight bulbs use CSP chips, and can provide 100W of high-intensity lighting with 20,000 lumens per pair. The brightness is 6 times that of ordinary halogen lamps, which greatly improves the visibility of your night travel.

Excellent Cooling System with 12,000RPM Turbo Fan

Built-in 12,000RPM turbo fan take away the heat generated by the headlamp in time. The 6063 aircraft aluminum head lamp body, greatly improves the heat dissipation rate of the lamp beads. With IP68 waterproof, the led bulb life can reach 100,000 hours.

Installation Tips

  1. Remove the screws and clips holding the front grill in place.
  2. Remove the front grill so you can access the headlights.
  3. Remove the four (4) screws securing the metal bracket ring around the headlight.
  4. Remove the metal bracket ring in front of the headlight.
  5. Unplug the adapter and remove the old headlight.
  6. Unscrew the dust cover and remove the clip inside.
  7. Remove the old bulb inside counterclockwise and replace with the new LED light. Plug the excess wiring harness into the housing and install the dust cover
  8. Replace the headlight in the same way that you removed and attached the adapter.

Frequent Questions & Answers

-Do I need to buy a anti flicker / decoder kit at the same time to solve the possible flicker problem?

-Novsight led bulbs fit with 95% vehicle, but for vehicle like Dodge, Jeep, BMW, Volvo etc, extra canbus are needed to avoid flickering or dashboard error, If you encounter such a problem, you can contact us to get a decoder. Our customer service service@novsights.com.

Still have installation problems about jeep?

Firstly, make sure your led bulbs correctly installed. For dual headlight setups that provide low and high beams from one bulb we will use the same side to side orientation. There are two sets of LED chips on both sides of the bulb for dual beam bulbs and the two chip sets need to be aligned according to the illustration as mentioned in the manual book.

  2. Our LED replaces halogen bulbs only. It does not replace HID or LED from factory.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

The shipping address should be an actual and specific address in English, no longer than 25 characters. Additionally, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

For the Roof Top Tent and Awning Tent, the Shipping to Alaska State and countries/area outside the continental United is currently not supported, thank you for your support and understanding.

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty on our products, including LED bulbs, floor mats, LED light bars, headlights, small lights, rooftop tents, side tents, camping lights, camping light tripods, etc., but does not include decoders, accessories, gifts, snaps, clothes, hats, mobile phone holders, etc. The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Warranty period

Different products have different warranty periods, as follows:

  • Off-road LED pod lights (Cyber, Halo) and LED light bars: five years from date of purchase
  • LED Headlights, Roof Top Tents (SKU: A500-RTT-03), tripods for camping lights: two years from the date of purchase
  • Car lights, Roof Top Tents  (SKU: A500-RTT-QT1, A500-RTT-02), Car Side Awing, Camping Lights, Floor Mats: one year from the date of purchase

Warranty coverage includes:

  • Shipping damage
  • Product quality defects


Note: All defects and submissions within the warranty period are at the sole discretion of the Novsight Customer Service Team and will determine whether a fair and/or reasonable resolution is provided.

Warranty does not cover

The following specific situations are not eligible for warranty:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized repair, misuse, abuse, neglect, missing parts and/or modifications.
  • Accidental damage or collision.
  • Damage caused by exposure to chemical contaminants and corrosive agents.
  • Products lost or damaged due to natural disasters.
  • Products lacking original proof of purchase.
