The shipping address should be an actual and specific address in English, no longer than 25 characters. Additionally, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Our delivery warehouses are mainly located in China, the United States and the United Kingdom. We will choose the best way based on the inventory of the product and the destination of the order. We currently do not accept shipments from designated warehouses

We guarantee our products and provide a limited warranty on our products, including LED bulbs, floor mats, LED light strips, headlights, small lights, roof tents, side tents, camping lights, camping light tripods, etc., but not including decoders, accessories, gifts, clothes, hats, mobile phone holders, buy one get one free products, flash sale products, etc. The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Different products have different warranty periods, as follows:

Warranty coverage includes:

● Product quality defects
Note: All defects and submissions within the warranty period are at the sole discretion of the Novsight Customer Service Team and will determine whether a fair and/or reasonable resolution is provided.
Warranty does not cover
The following specific situations are not eligible for warranty:
● Damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized repair, misuse, abuse, neglect, missing parts and/or modifications.
● Accidental damage or collision.
● Damage caused by exposure to chemical contaminants and corrosive agents.
● Products lost or damaged due to natural disasters.
● Products lacking original proof of purchase.
● Products purchased "as is" have known defects such as customs clearance, factory seconds, etc.
● Clothing such as stickers, caps, shirts, hats, jumpers and gifts such as mobile phone holders.

Please provide the following information:
1. Screenshot of your order information
2. Pictures or videos of defective items
For orders where the product is car lights, the after-sales barcode of the product needs to be provided.
After checking and confirming the problem, we will propose a specific solution within 2-3 working days.

The Novsight storage box has a weight capacity of up to 110 pounds (50 kg).
The storage box is waterproof and can protect the items from light rain or liquid splashes. However, it is not completely waterproof, so please avoid submerging it in water.
Clean the box with a damp cloth and mild soap. For fabric boxes, wipe gently and air dry thoroughly before folding. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or high-pressure water sprays that may damage the material or seams.
It depends on where you are. We will process shipments within 48 hours. (Except weekends)

We do not charge tax on the store. The specific consumption tax will be different depending on your country and region. Only for US/CA/AU orders, we have included product tax.
