4. How do I track my order?

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.

SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

1. When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We processes orders between Monday and Saturday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.

Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment

I still can not confirm which bulb will fits your bike, so hope you can do me a favor, take a picture to show your original bulb connector ,then we can confirm which one will fits.(send by our email or facebook message,say come from Novsights.com)



2. Dose this product model available in H4?(Ask a Variants product)

Yes,you can select H4 model manually!



3. Do you deliver this product to India? If yes then please send me a link for purchase in INR.

Of course,we deliver to India,you can change different currencies at the top-right.We provide USD,EUR,AUD,GBP,INR to show.The default is USD.Then it will show different currencies for product price.When you checkout,we only receive USD.When you pay the order,it will auto change the equivalent currency.



4. Do this work with projector type of headlight?

Yes, normally it can . But remember check the bulb type and dimension before ordering.
