It is important to note that the following warranty form is for orders where the product was purchased directly from this website. If you purchased a NOVSIGHT product on another platform (e.g. Amazon), we recommend that you consult with the vendor from which you purchased the product to review and/or process the warranty and return. When the original order merchant cannot be contacted, you can contact us by filling out the form and we will work with you to resolve the issue!
