We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty for our car roof tents. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase and lasts for 12-Month
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers the following situations:
If you receive the product and find any missing accessories or damaged parts, we will resend the relevant accessories for free.
- If the zipper, fabric, or mesh of the door and window is damaged, we will resend a whole set of fabric.
- If any of the locks, wire seats, ladder hooks, shoe cover rings, handles, or keys installed on the tent are missing, we will resend the corresponding type and quantity of accessories.
- If any of the accessories in the accessory pack are missing, such as shoe cover, handle, wire (two long and four short), ladder (including ladder cover), half-moon support rod, remote control, installation pack (as shown in the picture), we will resend the corresponding type and quantity of accessories.
- If the hydraulic rod is damaged, we will resend the hydraulic rod.
- If the light strip or remote control has any problems after receiving the product, such as not lighting up or not working, we will resend the light strip or remote control.(Note: A500-RTT-02 does not include light strips, so it will not be reissued, please be aware)
- If the mattress is severely damaged when received, we will resend the mattress.
Note:
- If the tent internal pockets (both left and right sides), ceiling storage bag, if damaged, can not be reissued
- If the paint or rubber coating of the bottom shell and top cover is damaged, we cannot resend them.
For any of the above situations, please check carefully after receiving the product and contact us in time if you find anything missing. Please provide us with relevant photos or videos as evidence and we will handle it for you as soon as possible.
What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper use or abuse of the product. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping and accessory costs for resending service.

2 Step to request :
Step 1. Contact Novsight Customer Service by email (service@novsight.com) or phone (1-888-862-9850) for merchandise questions.
Step 2. Please provide the following information:
a. Screenshot of your order information
b. Pictures or videos of the defective item
After checking and confirming the problem, we will propose a specific solution within 2-3 business days.
If you ever experience an issue with one of our products. We'll do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible. Due to the complexities of some warranty issues and claims, it can take up to 10 business days for us to reply.
2 Year Limited Warranty
For 2 years from the date of purchase, Novsight will replace (at our discretion) defective parts at no cost to the customer. Novsight will provide replacement parts, but the customer will be responsible for installation.
This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from Novsight.com or an authorized dealer and does not cover second-hand purchases. If you purchased from an authorized dealer, please submit proof of purchase with any warranty claims.
Some common repair cases:

Our warranty does not cover all issues, such as the ones below:
- UV damage: ultra-violet damage to fabric or gel coat.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes occurring as a result of use (vinyl window discoloration or damage, scratches/dents on the rooftop tent shell, etc.)
- Damage caused by the customer (misuse, accident, abuse, etc.)
- Damage caused by acts of nature (storm damage,wind damage, etc.)
- Aesthetic changes that do not affect the general operation of the rooftop tent.
- If the product is arbitrarily repaired or modified by the customer.
