Ⅰ. Canceling Orders (Not Received the Goods)
If your order has not been shipped yet:
- You can contact our customer service to cancel the order at any time. We will process a full refund within 24 hours after confirming that the order has not been shipped. You can submit a cancellation request through the "After - Sales Application" page on our official website. Please select "The order has not been shipped and needs to be cancelled" as the reason for the application. Our customer service team will review and reply within 24 hours. If the review is approved, we will process a full refund for you.
If your order has been dispatched and is in transit:
- For the US region: The order cannot be directly cancelled. You can choose to reject the package. After the package is returned, we will process a full refund for you.
- For non - US regions: The order cannot be cancelled, and it is not recommended to reject the package. Due to the high cost of international logistics, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees and related costs incurred after rejection. Please follow the return process after receiving the goods.
Ⅱ. Returning or Exchanging Goods (Already Received the Goods)
Return due to dislike or no longer - wanted (Return without reason)Time limit: Within 15 days from the date of signing for the goods.
Conditions:
- The original packaging includes all goods, parts, hardware, and documents. The gifts must be intact and not affect secondary sales. The product must be purchased directly from NOVSIGHT (Returns for products purchased through other channels or authorized dealers are handled by the respective seller and follow their return policies).
Shipping fee bearer:
- For the US region: The return shipping fee is borne by you.

Return due to product quality issues
Time limit:
- Refer to the warranty standards of the products in the warranty policy. Insert hyperlink to jump to the warranty policy page.
Solutions:
- For the US region: We will provide you with repair, replacement, or return services. In most cases, you will receive a return label to facilitate the return of the problematic product. After confirming the problem, you will receive a new product.
- For non - US regions: We will provide you with repair or replacement services. Due to the high cost of international logistics, the return option is not available. You need to bear all shipping fees and related taxes and fees. Please contact our customer service to confirm the specific costs.
Claim requirements:
- All warranty claims require the provision of the original purchase voucher and are only applicable to the original purchaser. Insert the return application button.
Ⅲ. Return Shipping Liability
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
- Returns must be sent to the address provided in the RMA process.
- We strongly recommend using traceable and insured shipping methods.
- NOVSIGHT is not responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged during shipping.
