SHIPPING TIME
Order processing time is within 48 hours (working days). Legal holidays will be postponed until later.

EXPEDITED EXPRESS
We support expedited express service (FedEx/DHL/UPS or others; we will arrange the best option according to your address), but you need to charge an extra shipping fee. The specific fee is based on the weight and size of the items in your order. And destination calculations.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
The shipping address should be an actual and specific address in English, no longer than 25 characters. Additionally, we do not ship to PO boxes.
ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
If the goods are out of stock, we will immediately confirm with you which goods are in stock before shipping and send the remaining goods when they are in stock, or provide you with other satisfactory solutions after consensus.

Our delivery warehouses are mainly located in China and the United States. We will choose the best way based on the inventory of the product and the destination of the order. We currently do not accept shipments from designated warehouses

Halo Pro 20" Bar Specification
NOTE: The Halo Pro 20" Bar and Halo Pro 8" lights must not be installed by tampering with or cutting the provided wiring harness. Doing so will disable all functions, including the Daytime Running Lights (DRL) and main strobe modes. For proper installation, please refer to our Wiring Harness and Switch Operation Guide.
Important: Any damage or loss of functionality caused by modifying the wiring will void your warranty.
