Die Garantie umfasst:
- Transportschäden
- Qualitätsmängel bei Produkten
Hinweis : Alle Mängel und Beanstandungen innerhalb der Garantiezeit unterliegen dem alleinigen Ermessen des Novsight-Kundendienstteams und werden von diesem entschieden, ob eine faire und/oder angemessene Lösung bereitgestellt wird.
Die Garantie deckt nicht ab
Die folgenden besonderen Situationen haben keinen Anspruch auf Garantie:
- Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Installation, nicht autorisierte Reparatur, Missbrauch, Zweckentfremdung, Vernachlässigung, fehlende Teile und/oder Modifikationen entstanden sind.
- Unfallschaden oder Kollision.
- Schäden, die durch Einwirkung chemischer Verunreinigungen und ätzender Stoffe verursacht werden.
- Durch Naturkatastrophen verloren gegangene oder beschädigte Produkte.
- Produkte ohne Originalkaufbeleg.
- Produkte, die „wie gesehen“ gekauft werden, weisen bekannte Mängel auf, wie z. B. Zollabfertigung, Fabrikationsfehler usw.
- Bekleidung wie Sticker, Caps, Shirts, Mützen, Pullover und Geschenkartikel wie Handyhüllen.
