Respaldamos la calidad de nuestros productos y ofrecemos una garantía limitada para nuestras tiendas de campaña para techo de automóvil. Esta garantía cubre cualquier defecto en materiales o mano de obra bajo uso normal durante el período de garantía. El período de garantía comienza en la fecha de compra y tiene una duración de 12 meses.
¿Qué cubre la garantia?
La garantía cubre las siguientes situaciones:
Si recibe el producto y encuentra algún accesorio faltante o piezas dañadas, le reenviaremos los accesorios pertinentes de forma gratuita.
- Si la cremallera, tela o malla de la puerta y ventana está dañada, le reenviaremos un juego completo de tela.
- Si falta alguna de las cerraduras, asientos de alambre, ganchos de escalera, anillos cubrezapatos, manijas o llaves instaladas en la tienda, reenviaremos el tipo y cantidad de accesorios correspondientes.
- Si falta alguno de los accesorios en el paquete de accesorios, como cubierta para zapatos, manija, cable (dos largos y cuatro cortos), escalera (incluida la cubierta de escalera), varilla de soporte en forma de media luna, control remoto, paquete de instalación (como se muestra en La imagen), reenviaremos el tipo y la cantidad correspondientes de accesorios.
- Si la varilla hidráulica está dañada, la reenviaremos.
- Si la tira de luces o el control remoto tiene algún problema después de recibir el producto, como no encenderse o no funcionar, reenviaremos la tira de luces o el control remoto. (Nota: A500-RTT-02 no incluye tiras de luces, por lo que no se reeditará, tenga en cuenta)
- Si el colchón está gravemente dañado al recibirlo, lo reenviaremos.
Nota:
- Si los bolsillos internos de la tienda (tanto el lado izquierdo como el derecho), la bolsa de almacenamiento del techo, si está dañada, no se puede volver a emitir.

¿Qué no cubre la garantía?
La garantía no cubre ningún daño causado por un uso inadecuado o abuso del producto. El cliente es responsable de pagar los costos de envío y accesorios del servicio de reenvío.

If you ever experience an issue with one of our products. We'll do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible. Due to the complexities of some warranty issues and claims, it can take up to 10 business days for us to reply.
2 Year Limited Warranty
For 2 years from the date of purchase, Novsight will replace (at our discretion) defective parts at no cost to the customer. Novsight will provide replacement parts, but the customer will be responsible for installation.
This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from Novsight.com or an authorized dealer and does not cover second-hand purchases. If you purchased from an authorized dealer, please submit proof of purchase with any warranty claims.
Some common repair cases：
- If the zipper, fabric, or mesh of the door and window is damaged, we will resend a whole set of fabric.
- If any of the locks, wire seats, ladder hooks, shoe cover rings, handles, or keys installed on the tent are missing, we will resend the corresponding type and quantity of accessories.
- If any of the accessories in the accessory pack are missing, such as shoe cover, handle, wire (two long and four short), ladder (including ladder cover), half-moon support rod, remote control, installation pack (as shown in the picture), we will resend the corresponding type and quantity of accessories.
- If the hydraulic rod is damaged, we will resend the hydraulic rod.
- If the light strip or remote control has any problems after receiving the product, such as not lighting up or not working, we will resend the light strip or remote control.(Note: A500-RTT-02 does not include light strips, so it will not be reissued, please be aware)
- If the mattress is severely damaged when received, we will resend the mattress.
Our warranty does not cover all issues, such as the ones below:
- UV damage: ultra-violet damage to fabric or gel coat.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes occurring as a result of use (vinyl window discoloration or damage, scratches/dents on the rooftop tent shell, etc.)
- Damage caused by the customer (misuse, accident, abuse, etc.)
- Damage caused by acts of nature (storm damage,wind damage, etc.)
- Aesthetic changes that do not affect the general operation of the rooftop tent.
- If the product is arbitrarily repaired or modified by the customer.

Next quality, wow how can they sell this at such a reasonable price? The fit, finish, and all the nice details will not disappoint. All storage bags are very easy and quick to install and remove. There's a bit of a learning curve to figuring out what's best for your vehicle, but in just a few minutes you'll get the hang of it. How competitors can sell their products for 3-4x the price but not all of them are made that well is beyond me.

I am very happy with my rooftop tent. I'm not sure if these are cosmetically defective tents from a big name seller, or if they are assembled from defective composite panels. I say this because the only downside to my unit is that about half of the paint surface on the top has an alligator skin look to it. For the $1,699 price I paid, I'm happy with it. The mattress is 5 cm thick and therefore completely comfortable. The thickness of the tent material was much better than I expected, and the zippers and screens fit snugly and operate smoothly. But honestly, considering this is about half the price of a lower-end name-brand device, I think it's still a good value. The latches and hinges are a bit cheap, but these are enough and can be upgraded later. There is a nice storage pocket on the ceiling and on the sides. My device was delivered to my door by a domestic delivery truck safely and without damage. Long story short, this is a great entry level clamshell RTT.
The tent arrived very quickly.. I had some issues with the shipping container. Made contact with company and received top notch customer service!! The quality if the tent is very high!!! Very comparable to brands twice the cost!! although it is on the heavy side you can see why in the quality!
Very easy to put on my Jeep Wrangler short bed, it poured rain one night the last time I was camping, and to my surprise, it didn't leak, I finally don't have to worry about leaking the top of the hatch. There were two small things that gave me problems, but not major ones: 1) My canopy hatch flared slightly where it meets the tailgate, so the blacktop wasn't perfectly square, but still works great; Overall, a great purchase and has improved my truck camping experience!
I bought this tent hoping it would be of good quality, maybe not as good as the big brands but close. I'm happy to say it exceeded my expectations. I did, however, run into one issue with the zipper, but everything else looked fine and everything was functioning. The material of the tent is of good quality, the stitching looks great and the seams are well sealed.
After three days of use, I am very satisfied. While there's no data on long-term durability, my thoughts on the build quality and materials used suggest a long lifespan. I'm looking forward to the adventure next week with my kid
