Respaldamos la calidad de nuestros productos y ofrecemos una garantía limitada sobre nuestros productos, incluidas bombillas LED, tapetes, barras de luces LED, faros, luces pequeñas, carpas para techo, carpas laterales, luces para acampar, trípodes para luces para acampar, etc., pero no incluye decodificadores, accesorios, regalos, broches, ropa, gorras, soportes para teléfonos móviles, etc. La garantía cubre cualquier defecto de materiales o mano de obra en condiciones de uso normal durante el período de garantía.
Período de garantía
Diferentes productos tienen diferentes períodos de garantía, como se muestra a continuación:- Luces LED todoterreno (Cyber, Halo) y barras de luces LED: cinco años a partir de la fecha de compra
- Faros LED, tiendas de campaña para techo (SKU: A500-RTT-03), trípodes para luces de camping: dos años a partir de la fecha de compra
- Luces para automóvil, carpas de techo (SKU: A500-RTT-QT1, A500-RTT-02), toldo lateral para automóvil, luces para acampar, tapetes: un año a partir de la fecha de compra
La cobertura de la garantía incluye:
- Daños de envío
- Defectos de calidad del producto.
Nota : Todos los defectos y envíos dentro del período de garantía quedan a exclusivo criterio del equipo de atención al cliente de Novsight y determinarán si se proporciona una resolución justa y/o razonable.
La garantía no cubre
Las siguientes situaciones específicas no son elegibles para la garantía:
- Daños causados por instalación inadecuada, reparación no autorizada, mal uso, abuso, negligencia, piezas faltantes y/o modificaciones.
- Daños accidentales o colisión.
- Daños causados por la exposición a contaminantes químicos y agentes corrosivos.
- Productos perdidos o dañados debido a desastres naturales.
- Productos sin comprobante de compra original.
- Los productos comprados "tal cual" tienen defectos conocidos como despacho de aduana, segundos de fábrica, etc.
- Ropa como pegatinas, gorras, camisetas, gorros, jerséis y regalos como soportes para teléfonos móviles.
